  • Semi-Private in Studio Training

    You will be training along with one other client. It could be someone you know or someone new. These sessions are 30 minutes. Your program will be designed just for you, this is not a one-size-fits-all class. Your unique goals and challenges will always be taken into consideration.

  • One-on-One Training in Studio

    These sessions are private. All sessions tailored specifically to you and your unique goals. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, depending what you choose.

  • One-on-One Zoom Training

    I will be training from my studio, and you will be wherever you want to be! At home, outside, or even on vacation. I have designed programs that are easy to achieve with or without equipment.

  • Training in your home

    If you prefer, I can come to you. This is a great option for those who find it hard to get out and about, or those who just want to use their own equipment and be in there own space at home.

  • Stretch (Assisted hands-on)

    This is a private, one-on-one session. You get to relax, and I help you get in the right positions for a perfect stretch. You will leave feeling more flexible and with increased mobility. This is a great choice for those new to fitness or those wanting to improve their daily function.
